1st Annual Legal Clinic: March 15 & 16th at 3 locations--Leech Lake, Red Lake, White Earth!
  


Need Help with Family Law Issues or Estate Planning?

We can help: 
Free Advice, Information, & Forms drafting including Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Modifications, etc.

 What to bring:  
For family law matters: Prior/Recent Court Orders, Address & Social Security numbers for all parties, Enrollment status of the parties,  Pleadings you may have received, & expenses.
 
For Estate Planning matters: Legal Description of your land or trust allotment, Tribal Enrollment Number, List of Children/Heirs with complete names & dates of birth, titles or VIN #’s or other information for any specific bequests.

The Bemidji BIA Realty Office will have staff available and an information table at each Clinic location.
