FIRST ANNUAL RESERVATION LEGAL CLINIC

Need Help with Family Law Issues or Estate Planning?

What:                     Advice, Information, and Forms drafting(Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Modifications, etc.)

When:                   January 11, 2012, 9:30am-4:00pm

Where:                 ALS Cass Lake Office, 411 1st Street, Cass Lake, MN

What to bring:  
For family law matters: Prior/Recent Court Orders, Address and Social Security numbers for all parties, Enrollment status of the parties,  Pleadings you may have received, and expenses(optional).                                                                           
For Estate Planning matters: Legal Description of your land or trust allotment, Tribal Enrollment Number, List of Children/Heirs with complete names and dates of birth, titles or VIN #’s or other information for any specific bequests.

In order to receive services, you must be 18 years or older, live on or near the reservation and be within the income guidelines listed below.

Your monthly income should be less than the following, based upon your household size:
1: $1815.00
2: 2451.66
3: 3088.33
4: 3725.00
5: 4361.66
6: 4998.33
7: 5635.00
8: 6271.66
For each add’l member add: $636.66

ALS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.  ALS provides free civil legal services to low-income clients who live on the Leech Lake, White Earth and Red Lake Indian Reservations.
